I had a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional staff who made me feel right at home. The lobby was beautifully designed, and my Essential King Room was both cozy and modern, making my stay very pleasant. The bar on-site was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. However, I did find the parking quite expensive, which was a bit inconvenient.

I appreciated the elegant decor with polished marble finishes and impressive crystal chandeliers, creating a luxurious ambience that made wandering through the hotel a true delight for both my eyes and spirit during our stay.

Room amenities could be improved for senior comfort.

The views from our Essential Queen Room on the 17th floor were amazing! We loved the rooftop bar and the happy hour. The hotel has an excellent location near the stadium and park, making it easy to enjoy attractions. The complimentary cupcakes and champagne on our anniversary were a lovely surprise.

The late checkout was a breeze, and I adored the onsite bar—great spot to sip after a long day exploring! Plus, our Essential King Room had a nice view that didn't hurt the vibe at all. The staff here is super helpful. they really make you feel at home.

I wish I had known more about the coffee situation—having to request a maker is a bit of a hassle when you want that morning boost! Overall, the experience didn’t take a hit, though.

This hotel is perfectly located near the Spectrum Center, making it easy for my family and me to catch a concert after enjoying the tasty happy hour. The lobby's vibe was welcoming, and our room was spacious, allowing us to unwind comfortably during our stay.

My kids wished there was a pool for them to enjoy after our daytime adventures. It would be great if the hotel could add a pool area for families with children.

We felt like total VIPs during our stay! Our room was upgraded to a corner suite with super views. Plus, there was complimentary champagne waiting for us—such a nice touch! The bar was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Just wish parking wasn't so pricey. It kinda stung a bit.

We had a great time enjoying the social hour and using the in-room yoga mats. We visited the Spectrum Center for an NBA game and explored some local dining spots. The location was prime, and the spacious room made our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here with friends!

However, I had a frustrating experience when I called for a flat iron and curling iron, and they never showed up. I had to go to my meeting without the look I wanted.
